Who we are

The details we collect

Only the details you send: your name, phone number, the street address or ZIP of the house, a description of the problem, the day and time window you asked for, and any photos. If you run the 60-second check on our home page, your answers are kept only in your own browser for that visit so the appointment form can be prefilled; they never reach us unless you send the form. Our phone service also logs the number and time of each call or text.

How we use it

We use it to reply, to schedule and carry out the job, to send your written price and the follow-up texts about your visit, to handle warranty requests, and to keep the records Florida requires of a licensed contractor. Your information is never sold, rented or traded.

Who else sees your details

Only the providers the job depends on: the service that forwards our web forms to our email, the company that carries our calls and texts, and Palm Beach County or your city's building department when a permit application asks for the owner's details. At your request, we also send paperwork to your HOA, property manager or insurance agent, for example the wind-mitigation documents for a hurricane-rated door. A legal requirement to disclose something gets only what it requires.

Text messages (SMS)

Texting with us is your choice. When you tick the text box on one of our forms, tap "Send it by text instead", or send us a text first, you're agreeing to receive messages from Palm Beach Garage Door Masters at that number about your request only: scheduling, your two-hour window, your written price, photos, the technician's arrival and follow-up. We never send promotional texts.

• Saying yes to texts is never required to buy anything from us. You can always call instead.
• How many messages you get depends on your job, usually two to five per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
• Text STOP to end our messages at any time, or HELP for help. Calling (561) 770-3420 works too.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text consent stays with us.
• Wireless carriers aren't responsible for messages that are delayed or never arrive.

Cookies and this website

No ad cookies and no trackers run on this site. The only thing it stores is a small note in your browser's session storage with your 60-second check result, so the appointment form can be prefilled; it stays on your device and disappears when you close the browser. Our host keeps routine server logs for security, such as the IP address, the browser and the pages viewed. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request details any website font does.

Keeping records

We hold job records for the life of the warranty and as long as Florida record rules call for. A request that never turned into a job is deleted when we no longer need it.

Your choices

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes, and we don't knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
